Your access to and use of the ng777 Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ng777 Platform.

ng777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, ng777 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the ng777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ng777 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information at all times.

ng777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) ng777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your ng777 account, you agree to:

• Provide your real name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Submit valid government-issued Philippine identification for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification purposes when requested.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

ng777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your ng777 account.

ng777 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where ng777 suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

ng777 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary.
• Deposits are credited to your ng777 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• ng777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your ng777 account.
• ng777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers are processed same-day during Philippine banking hours.
• ng777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

ng777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods vary by promotion and will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• ng777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploitation of promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

ng777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained or used in violation of these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.

All casino games available on the ng777 Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ng777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. ng777's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting odds are set by ng777 and may change at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at ng777's discretion. ng777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ng777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ng777 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the ng777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ng777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ng777 Platform without the prior written consent of ng777. The ng777 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ng777 and may not be used without express written permission.

ng777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ng777 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and access controls to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ng777 cannot guarantee absolute security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ng777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ng777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ng777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ng777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You may close your ng777 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

ng777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, ng777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, ng777 may forfeit the balance and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ng777 Platform, you agree to first contact ng777's support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ng777 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of such dispute.

ng777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the ng777 Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
